Begun in 1963 as a volunteer library by a small group of dedicated
individuals and community leaders, the Clarendon Hills Public Library serves the residents of the Village of Clarendon Hills.
As a popular materials library, both educational and recreational materials, programs and services are offered for adults,
teens and children.
As a member of the SWAN network, Clarendon Hills library patrons can search the catalog holdings
of over 70 member libraries. Library patrons also have reciprocal borrowing privileges and interlibrary loan service with
all Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) libraries.
