Other Services
Copy Machines A copy machine is available for use on both the Main Floor and in Youth Services. Both copiers
produce letter (8.5" x 11") and legal (8.5" x 14") size copies and are capable of reducing and enlarging
materials. The Main Floor copier is coin-operated and accepts $1 and $5 bills. It has an automatic document feeder,
is capable of duplex (double-sided) printing and makes color copies. The charge for copies is $.10 for black and white;
$.50 for color (Main Floor copier). Double-sided copies count as 2 pages. As a courtesy to the community, five (5) copies
may be made free of charge on the Youth Services copier. Users are asked to respect the five (5) copy limit.
Voter Registration DuPage County residents wishing to register to vote may do so at the library during normal
business hours. In order to register to vote, an individual must be a citizen of the United States, eighteen (18) years
of age by Election Day and have resided within their precinct for thirty (30) days as of the next election. Applicants
are required to present two (2) forms of identification, one of which must list their current DuPage County address. No one
may register from a business, mailing center or Post Office box address. For applicants born outside the United States

Tax Forms During the peak of the yearly tax season, January to April 15th, the library offers a selection of
the basic, most commonly requested federal and state income tax forms and instruction booklets. Additional forms and
instruction booklets may be downloaded from the Federal IRS and Illinois State Revenue websites. Links to both websites are provided on the library's Reference computer workstations. Regular printing charges
of $.10 per page apply. [ top ]
Business and Investment Resources A variety of publications and online databases are available to individuals
looking for company information or doing business, financial or investment research. Publications include Value Line,
Morningstar Mutual Funds, the Wall Street Journal and Barron's newspapers; along with a selection
of popular business and financial magazines. Online resources include Reference USA, Gale Business and
Company Resource Center, Gale Legal Forms and Gale Small Business Resource Center. More information
and links to these databases may be found on the Research page of this website. A Clarendon Hills Library card is required to access these databases from outside the library. Databases
restricted to in-library use only are Hoover's and Illinois Public Records. For more information on

Local Information Village of Clarendon Hills A copy of the Clarendon Hills Village Code, its Annual
Operating Budget and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report are available for review. Also, for persons doing construction
or home remodeling within the village, a copy of the 2006 International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings
is available. These materials are for in-library use only. For all other municipal information contact the Village of
Clarendon Hills at 630-286-5400 or visit their website at www.clarendonhills.us. Community Consolidated School District 181 A copy of the Board Policy Manual is maintained and is available
for review. Prior to the adoption of new curriculum materials, the District also provides the library with an informational
packet for public review. For all other information including Board policies and meeting minutes visit the School District
181 website at www.d181.org. Clarendon Hills Historical Information The library maintains a small collection of information on the
history of Clarendon Hills. This collection is general in nature and is in no way comprehensive. Persons wanting specific
